Arca srl

The Arca production is the result of patient and careful working of master carpenters whose passion, wisdom and sense of taste is felt as mission. All kitchens are made of solid seasoned wood which ensures high quality furniture.
The machines help the carpenter to optimize quality and timing of the semi finished product and thanks their tradition and experience, to dedicate and to focus completely on the assembling and finishing of the furniture. The furnishing and varnishing process is entirely hand made.
Only the use of real wood allows producing unique manufactures as the shaping of columns or capitals. The search of details and the combination of accessories for each type of Kitchen and colour is linked to the manual labour. The beauty and the uniqueness of the kitchen depend on details as the cutting board, the rolling pin, the pastry board or copperware rack.
Some details about the beautiful landscape we take inspiration from:
The Val d’Orcia is a region of Tuscany, central Italy, which extends from the hills south of Siena to Monte Amiata. It is characterised by gentle, carefully-cultivated hills occasionally broken by gullies and by picturesque towns and villages such as Pienza (rebuilt as an ideal town in the 15th century under the patronage of Pope Pius II), Radicofani (home to the notorious brigand-hero Ghino di Tacco) and Montalcino (the Brunello di Montalcino is counted among the most prestigious of Italian wines).
It is a landscape which has become familiar through its depiction in works of art from the Renaissance painting to the modern photograph. In 2004 the Val d’Orcia was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
